I was nominated for and was awarded the Muriel C. Furlong Award for Youth Achievement from the Food Allergy and Anaphlaxis Network (FAAN). We recently went to Baltimore on 3/26/10 thru 3/30-10 to attend FAAN's national conference in the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel. Below is a scan of the letter showing my nomination. We just donated our first $1000 to Duke University on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Dr. Windom, a local allergist and Duke Alumni, accepted the check on Duke's behalf.
